CINCINNATI (WKRC) – There’s good news for Ohio patients waiting on medical marijuana: The patient and caregiver registry is now open — five months after it was supposed to be open.
It was put on hold because growers were still several months away from their first harvests.
Now that’s it’s open, doctors can register patients with one of 21 qualifying medical conditions through an online system.
It also means, after years of waiting, dispensaries will open in the coming weeks.
