Students Detained At 'Smircle' For Marijuana On Campus
On November 1st, nine Georgia State University students were detained by undercover cops at what many call the ‘smircle’ at Library Plaza. Of those nine, two students were given tickets for possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and another was put into handcuffs for outstanding warrants.
