Now that recreational weed is legal, the city of Oakland has mandated that half of all marijuana business permits go to people who are low income and have a cannabis conviction. This is amazing , they should definitely do this in other city’s , not legal in my state …. yet but just look at the past like the illegal use on alcohol, once it was legalized they were able to get a hand on how to regulate and control how it was made and distributed , help give those a chance that had their lives ruined by a system that wasn’t in favor of something like alcohol and it will also help protect more people from unjust police etc. , not all police are bad , just the power hungry pricks who are in it for themselves and not the ones who are in it to protect their communities

How does a person from another county do this.I was convicted when I was a juvenile.and sentenced for six months in juvenile hall.wich then set me on my path to doing more crime with seasond criminals of an older age.took me many years to change my life.but when I did change .only job that would hire me was usually construction jobs or hard labor jobs.wich have left me injured and disabled.
