So I have been a smoker for the past 6 years & I do not let it affect my lifestyle or my daily routines. Hope you guys enjoy this silly upper body workout I recorded with my best friend Magz!
I am smoking on 20/20 pre rolls!!

TIP:To not feel lazy in the gym after smoking i recommend you take a scoop of your favorite pre workout! During your workout you’ll feel like a Super Saiyan & afterwards it pretty much wears off. iF YOU ARE NOT A MARIJUANA SMOKER I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS FOR YOU!
